Well it all depends every crew guy out there works hard. But the one person that never really gets to enjoy their day off is the Tour Manager, he/she has to take care of everyone. On a big tour that is a lot of people. He/she tells them where they are, where they are going, where is catering, where is the bathroom, arrange to get laundry sent out, then repeat this to every single person on tour even when he/she prints out a sheet with all the information needed.

The tour manager has to make sure people are on time at the venue, leave the venue on time, to get to the other venue on time. Deal with fans, the band girlfriends that may or may not be a different one in each town, The Tour Manager, is the 1st one up and the last one that goes to bed. without a doubt it takes a real organized, patience self motivated man/woman to do this job. before I forget many Tour Managers in smaller bands, do merch, guitar tech, drum tech, drive the van, do all the hotel reservations, and sometimes has to give away his pair of jeans because the lead singer forgot his at his latest victims house.

Did I tell you that The Tour Manager WORKS LIKE CRAZY!!
